Most orders of in stock product ship in 1-2 days after order receipt and payment. Special order items may take longer based on the manufacturer’s lead time.
We ship UPS and LTL truck shipments via the most economical route. Our sales department can provide you with the carriers estimated delivery time but keep in mind that once the carrier has picked up your shipment the actual delivery date is out of our hands. We will provide you with the tracking number if so desired. Delivery times do not include the day the order is placed, weekends or holidays. If your order is time sensitive, contact our sales professionals for other delivery options and costs.

Damaged Shipment or shortage:
Occasionally an order is damaged in shipment by the carrier. In this event, your claim is with the carrier. You MUST: Note the freight bill as received damaged, refuse the shipment as damaged or inform the delivering driver and obtain a damaged in shipment form. Note the type of damage, i.e. box open, box crushed, etc. and take photos of the damage. Retain the damaged carton or crate as the carrier may need to inspect for the claim.
In the event that Blue Baron Supply is responsible for a shortage or an error in shipping, we will make every effort to remedy the situation to your satisfaction. Any replacement shipping will be made by the same method and service level as the original order. Note that we double check and weigh all orders against the actual product count weight before consigning to the carrier.

Written authorization and return shipping instructions MUST be obtained prior to returning any product. Any product returned without prior approval will be refused or discarded without credit. Handling, inspection and restocking charges will apply unless product is defective (as determined by the manufacturer upon claim.

Blue Baron Supply carries products only from reputable manufacturers who extend product warranties on their products. Any product sold is covered only by the manufacturer’s warranty. Blue Baron Supply extends no warranty, expressed or implied on any product sold, beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the manufacturer of the product but our responsibility is limited to that assistance. Requests for warranty coverage on an item must be presented in writing, with pictures and descriptions of the problem sent to sales@bluebaronsupply.com. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number issued by us and/or the product manufacturer.
